EBANK is proud to have 50% ownership in this venture (total of 3 billion isk) and I have personally bought up the remaining 50% (3 billion) worth of shares.
The main reasons for this.
Only 50% collateral could be obtained to secure the venture. Therefore EBANK would only invest in what it could secure. Now, if this venture went public then that security would be split meaning EBANK only had 50% collateral. This wouldn't be acceptable to EBANK BoD.
So, I decided to invest my own 3b into the business, under the express guideline that my own investment was completely unsecured. If this turns into a scam or failure EBANK liquidates assets and breaks even. However I am at a complete loss.
The public wouldn't have been interested in this kind of structure which is why I bought the whole thing out. I look forward to seeing how things go, May and I have been chatting about this for about a week now and I almost feel we have another Proton Power in the making. Time will tell.

Keeping her simple, after operational costs are paid, 10% of profits are assigned to his salary, 15% to corporate growth, and the rest in a dividend.

That's basically it. If May Shiko wants to prove a point by giving out huge amounts of money we won't stop him. However as explained above, having basically a single investor (Ricdic will do whatever EBANK agrees on) means there is far more flexibility. If he brings in superb returns and then wants to wind down a bit we can easily arrange that.
As I said to him, frankly all EBANK wants is 15% per month. But if he wants to run it like a public corporation and pay more then he is most welcome. We aren't slave drivers, we would rather him running this corp for 2 years on steady 15% monthly returns, than to see him burn out and shut down shop at 250% return after 3 months. This may still happen and won't disadvantage EBANK at all but we like the idea of fund managers working with us, playing with capital and generating profits.
It's hard to find people trustworthy and smart enough to do this, which is why the security is in place for the time being.
